What we collect and why
We collect what you enter in our forms, such as name, contact details, city and message. For drivers we also collect licence and experience, and for investors the investment profile, investor-status statement, NDA signature record (date and time, IP address, browser and a fingerprint of the text) and sign-in and download records. We use it to reply to you, recruit drivers, handle enquiries, verify investors and protect confidential information. Under the GDPR our legal bases are consent, pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests and legal obligations.
Storage and sharing
Your data is held by our hosting, database and email providers (Vercel, Upstash and Resend), which may process it outside the EU under appropriate safeguards, and is shared only within the ETIOCA group and with advisers. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, and NDA records for the NDA term plus six years. We never sell data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object, and to withdraw consent, by emailing welcome@etioca.com. You can also complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija) or to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
We set no advertising or analytics cookies. Signed-in investors receive one strictly necessary session cookie.
